You may sign in to SnapDash using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SnapDash provides a business management dashboard for managing leads, tours, applications, leases, documents, and related business operations. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. The SnapDash platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Snaplistings LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service without our prior written consent.
We strive to keep SnapDash available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snaplistings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SnapDash at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snaplistings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
